Transition Meetings

This two day course introduces the Protective Behaviours Process in depth and examines how people can use it on a personal level and apply it to their working environment.

Participants are encouraged to participate in the workshop style presentation. The training is delivered by a Protective Behaviours UK Accredited Trainer working for the Family Matters Institute and the Protective Behaviours process is used to enable participants to feel safe when dealing with some issues the may find challenging.

The course is certificated and is a pre-requisite to further Protective Behaviours course. Course materials will be provided and participants will be introduced to the wide range of support materials available.
